Returns
Decide you don't like it? No problem. We accept returns as long as you let us know within 14 days of receiving your items and they meet the Refund Policy below. Send us a message with your order number and the items you would like to return so we can give you the proper return address for those items.
Refund Policy
- Do not ship your items back without letting us know first. You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Items must still contain their original tags and/or packaging
- Returns are made at your own expense. Please be sure to obtain your proof of postage until you’ve received a refund, just incase your order gets lost on its way back to us.
- Please allow 5-10 business days after your item has been returned for your refund to appear on your billing statement.
- All final decisions will be made by Mango Monday.
Exchanges
We are currently not accepting exchanges. In order to exchange an item, please follow the Returns policy. You can then purchase any item with our forever free shipping.
